Privacy Policy

Unfortunately, we cannot offer discounts. Payment on the day of your consultation is appreciated.


Home Visits & Telephone Access

  • Home visits are available for regular patients whose condition prevents them from attending the surgery.

  • Doctors in the practice may be contacted during normal surgery hours.

  • If the doctor is with a patient, a message will be taken and you will be advised by the reception staff when it is likely that the doctor will return your call.

  • Your call will always be put through to the doctor in an emergency.


Recalls & Results

Your Medical Record is a confidential document. It is the policy of this practice to maintain the Security of personal health information at all times and to ensure that this information is only available to authorized members of staff We abide by the Australian Privacy Principals which Are available at: www.privacy.gov.au

Patients will be recalled in the event of abnormal results.

Unless otherwise directed by doctors, a follow-up appointment will be required to obtain your results. Even if your result is considered "normal", further investigation or discussion may be needed.


Conduct & Complaints

We adhere to the Medical Board of Australia Code of Conduct.

You have the right to complain if you believe you have received poor-quality service.

We welcome feedback to help us improve the quality of service and care we provide.

It is generally preferable for you to make the complaint directly to your GP. If preferred, you may speak to another GP in the Practice.
